I returned my product and asked them to refund money as myntra credits. Money got credited in myntra account. But when I again ordered something they charged me convenience fee of 300 on a product of 800. Now my credit amount was 700. Means In order to get my money adjusted of rs 700 I have to pay 300 extra. Wow. What a brilliant thought these people have devised to make fool of people. Requesting them again and again to refund the money back to my bank account, no avail. Money minching. Scammers. Zero star from my side.no mail I'd to send issues. Just keep listening to IVR. And call is gone.

Just return your product and get a refund for this item...wait for a few days and then place your order.... convenience fee is usually 99 only...that too for users without insider membership but don't know why they charged 300
