Help With unlocking

Hey all DDimers
Firstly, Happy New Year to ALL
Now calling all the intelligent smart tech savvy here for a help.
Does anyone here know how to get a CDMA, NON SIM BASED, GALAXY S2, US Cellular Network FROM US to make work in INDIA? it must be same as the way you guys made HTC one V worked.
Can anyone please guide or refer to something? THANKS A TON in advance

no contracts are impossible to crack these days. talking about high ends. cdma requires msl/spc code and flashing and earlier getting such code was pretty easy now its not. plus hardware in cdma is changed to such that other flashed roms doesnt work. same with gsm where cracking code has become impossible and companies doesn’t anymore entertain such unlock request.
