International hotel booking

Hi,

I will be travelling to Thailand (Bangkok and karabi)in next 4-5 months. I want an advise on how can I book the hotel at cheapest possible rates (like getting an agent rate). I Bangkok I would prefer Hotel in Pratunam area like Grand Diamond or Amari watergate for 3 night stay for 5 adults.
