Thanks for the responses guys. Strontium is relatively a very new. Still confused. Want to use the card in my new Motorola Atrix 2 phone. It has 10 free EA games and few of them take upto 550MB each.

Need quick application loading and since these huge games would be on it, speed is important…

Class 10 is an overkill in most of the cases. Unless you do FULL HD recording / HD recording, class 10 is pointless.

For Random read / writes Class 4 is the best.

Also check if your phone supports the speed.

3) I have just ordered a Samsung tab/2 on ngpay.. waiting for it to arriving and have been grappling with the issue of which class to use. If the Tab only supports class 4, I will buy a class 4 miscrosd card. I contacted samsung – and i was surprised how little the support guys know.. “We know Class 4 will work- but whether it supports Class 10- we dont know”.
