Need help in buying a smartphone (7k-10k)

I want to buy a smartphone.
I have carried on quite a search, still not able to decide which 1 to buy. Earlier was going for Dell Venue pro but was costing me much. Then though of Motorola Defy Plus, that too was 2-3k above my budget so didnt even bought that 1 and every1 advised me not to buy motorola.
Budget : 7k-10k
Features I need, though can be compromised :
1> Looks
2> 3G : with front cam, wi-fi
3> OS : Android or windows preferred. But any would work if all other features are available.
4> Good Processor speed.
5> Brand : Nokia, Samsung,HTC preferred. No to Motorola.
6> Camera : Good Cam (atleast 3.2mp)

Please do not suggest Samsung galaxy Y. Neither it excites me…nor do looks really good. moreover,Every second guy is having it. So, a No to it.
