Netbook or Laptop with good battery backup

Hi there,

I require a netbook or a laptop with good battery life, backups of atleast 6 hours.

My primary purpose of usage is internet on the move with some office works like in word, excel, adobe photoshop, etc..

If possible should be able to play 1080p mkv videos, my desktop is sluggish playing it..

I am not much of a gamer, but if possible decent config to play some games would be nice..

If it is a netbook my budget is around 17-18k, if it is laptop (above 10’ screen) my budget would be around 25k. I wish I could buy from bestbuy..

I have lost track of computer technology upgrades otherwise I was once a computer savvy… so fellow dimers please guide.

Also should I opt for Windows 7 Starter system (due to its restrictions) or stay with Windows XP by taking a DOS/No-OS system, I might have a working licence somewhere.

Wi-Fi
Webcam
USB 2.0 ports (USB 3 is possible)
Battery Backups – atleast 6 hours in practical use

Not sure about processors or graphics or sound anymore..
