Bro you just need to worry about your order, order delivery only… After sales support from Samsung is great..Can’t trust on refunds or returns from indiatimes but ya… if you say installation, wall mount, demo that willl be provided by Samsung itself just you have to show your bill…I have already purchased an samsung lcd from letsbuy.. called samsung care and installtion was done within 6 hours…awesome service by samsung…

VAise till my experience with indiatimes is bad still
I ordered Toshiba lcd from them today no problem
and one Sony LCD from them today with lots of problems…Their payment gateway was saying my payment failed again and again..
Order was placed 7 times,, now 4 orders its saying rejected, 3 orderes created and amazing thing is one time payment has been deducted from my a/c and i dont know against which order.. NO confirmation email even.. got failed status everytime…

cant place one more order as dont know weather they will process this one or not…

Toshiba’s choice is mine and Sony’s for my friend….

stay away from indiatimes. one of the worst b2c site incase of refunds you will be harrased a lot.usually they take 2-4 months for refund incase of excess complaints and warnings to cc.

Buddy i dont know why people saying bad abt indiatimes.

In past i have ordered micromax funbook at lowest price and with COD and it was done without any problem.

Now I ordered LCD TV on 8th july night…Got sms that item shipped on 10th night and today afternooon on 11th its been delivered.

Very quick delivery …. Very good packaging and superb offers and discounts given on both items.

Thank you all..I finally ordered from shopping.indiatimes as it was around 5500 cheaper than the offline market at my place.. .let’s wait and watch about the delivery and product.:roll:

got the tv on 20th july…samsung guy came and installed on 21 st july..Tv is very nice..Packing from the seller was awesome.and it came with a bill inside.Ultimately i got the tv at a very decent price.liking it. .delivery was bit late though it took 8 days to reach..
