u have to checo which network ur phn is locked to ?? by your imei of the phone bro.

check the carrier which is locked to than check the software version that if it is jailbreakable or not if it is not you have to use a master sim that is easily available at price 400-500 Rs

may be it is carrier/Network locked if it is imported phone bro
so, for using in India u have to first unlock it.
