Suggest me a mobile: Sony xperia J / Nokia Lumia 620 / Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562

Hi guys,

I need your help desperately. I am looking forward to buy a new mobile around the budget 9k-13k (I know that is a wide range). So far I have shortlisted:

Sony xperia J
Nokia Lumia 520
Nokia Lumia 620 (isn’t much different that 520. Just boasts a secondary camera & flash)
Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562

Also had following in the list:

Micromax A116
Karbomm Titanium S5

But I hear that camera quality of the phone and the after sale service of these companies is not good so dropped from the list. I am already confused between the above options. Do you think anything else better comes in my budget? Please I need your suggestions.
