am i cheated?? Need help
Here is what happened in short..
I exchanged 99labels 1000 referral credits(50% usage) on 21 Dec 2011 with preeti.gulati

In return he agreed to give me 2 indiaplaza 100 off on 149 coupons. I gave him my account details and he gave me two coupons valid in Jan and feb month.
I tried to use jan coupon on jan 7 2012 and it showed me error ’gc has been already redeemed. I complained it to him. He registered ticket and ip cc confirmed its been used by another user. I never gave it to anyone and he is also saying the same. I called indiaplaza cc and collected some info.
Coupon is used by a person named Rakesh Kumar with email id rake_good@yahoo(not sure .co.in or .com). He used it to buy indiaplza gift certificate and so there was no way to get shipping details.
Coming to feb coupon. I was trying it from jan 31 night but it was showing error ‘gc #TAG************* doesn’t exist’. Initially i thought it might take some time to activate. Yesterday i registered a ticket and got reply today
Dear *, We deeply regret to inform you that we are unable to extend the TAG************** and This gift certificate is outside the extension limit Regards, catherine customer support Indiaplaza
Yesterday i contacted him and this is what reply i got
Do you consider me Nerds. First coupon you said that someone else ordered now u saying does not exist. I very well came to know that you placed the first order.
Got the info from indiaplaza. Go into where ever you wanna go.

He never replied what info he got from indiaplaza. Regarding feb coupon its not me saying coupon doesn’t exist, its indiaplaza. Anyone including him can check that.
Only thing i did wrong was used an offensive word. I asked sorry for that and i apologize now.

And i have provided you the JAn and Feb Coupons. If you use them or trade them further i am out of that

Now i am not asking jan coupon. Let it be my mistake. Give me valid feb coupon. I don’t care about coupons but i have to give one to vimleet652 bhai and i don’t have any other..

Also, there is some problem in IP’s coupon redemption system, I don’t know whether that is a cause for this trouble!!

I don’t think its their problem. They replied to my ticket and confirmed invalid coupon.

For 99labels coupon always approach usa11 first. He is always ready to take them and offers lot in exchange.
How convenient it is for Mr CBhegde that he is cheated
Does anyone notice why did not he pointed towards the January coupon.
Why did not eh post such a post in the month of January?
He very much traded that coupon or may be self used in the name of Rakesh Kumar
and i contacted Indiaplaza as he said its been redeemed by some one else then
finally Indiaplaza team contacted me and cancelled the order placed by Mr. Rakesh Kumar and Issued me a GC
In next post am gonna post the reply from Indiaplza.

i have exchanged coupon with neo479 or neo79 and one other user of desidime.
Still you dont believe it i give it a Damn,
And i would like to take permission from Mr. cbhegde to post the message he did to me.
If he gives then you will get to know the standard he has.

You complained or indiaplaza themselves without any complaint from you contacted? I asked their cc if there is any possibility to cancel the order but they said since it is a gc and already delivered its not possible to cancel. you are the owner of coupon may be your request worked. why did you hide all these from me?
i still have doubt. without having the mail(rake_good@yahoo) from which order is placed is it possible to cancel the order?

I think someones ‘standard’ is determined by how they behave in whole process rather than from just an angry word.

One more thing. Mail id rake_good@yah…om(not .co.in) is already registered in dd. If he comes forward and explains how he got coupon would be great! i don’t think its going to happen.
May be its possible to Admin to check his username and someone might using multiple id’s.. but why should he bother for all this silly problem??

written enough about me being cheated. The feb coupon provided by indaiplaza was invalid as per them also.
They have issued me a new GC after fighting with them for almost two weeks

nice reading… its better to do these kind of exchanges between trusted people try to make your own circle of people in DD and make transaction amoung them
true and do saty away from people who has this habbit of trading the coupon which tehy have got in exchange and then claiming they did not use it.
Mr CBhegde is the biggest example of this.
