Hope they have enough petroleum or water based jelly to make it smoother for their _ _ _
if at all legal cases arise or people come after them.
It has been happening so long (Brands succumbing to or heeding to requests from normal distribution channels) that its not even alarming to see top brand saying so on paper.
They know most of it is not even tenable in the court of law, if proper ways are used.

the very drafting of the lines reeks of desperation. They are only putting that notice to pacify the normal retail channel who are unfortunate sufferers of the e-tail games.

How can Dell even use the words “amazon.in is not approved reseller”
the heck https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_eek.gif .. even the most illiterate person knows it that Amazon.in is just an arm.
The company Amazon Seller services Pvt Ltd. too is not a seller.

the same “alert” funnily contradicts itself later by saying that →

Exclusive offers, entitlements and other benefits for Dell products available on purchases made on Dell Authorized Reseller.

so if a Hackerx Computers and Peripherals becomes a retailing partner of GNG Electronics Private Limited (compuindia.com) – they become ‘authorised’ reseller, correct??

now what stops, any channel partner or Hackerx Computers from becoming a seller at xyz dot com or flipkart or amazon??

and if the seller is being offered a service by ASSPL, then they will pay ASSPL the commission
and also get promotional help/ budget [any discount Amazon site shows is technically given by seller, but the ASSPL account books show it as refund of promotional event remittance bank to seller]

Most sellers on Amazon have TIN and VAT and are registered in the physical marketing chain, and thus legal

marketplace sites are not our/buyers counter-party. the Bills always mention the full name of the business with its VAT, TIN registrations.

No legal way for Lenovo or Dell or any one to disallow a purchase against such an Invoice its rightful support.
