anonymous ISD calls (and the mobile model I use)

Yep its going around, even I experienced this but I never lift or call back any numbers apart from India and USA (as the mobile shows the name of the calling country)

This morning I got a call from the number +994500073243. It got cancelled the moment I pressed the answer button. I checked the number and even after it looked like an ISD number, I thought I would give it a try (how foolish of mine!) and called back. There was no ring. The call got connected in no time and I heard a recorded voice which was not very clear and sounded extra-terrestrial:shock: to me. I just cut the call in 8 seconds but, lo! Rs.20/- deducted from my balance. When I googled the first 3 digits, I found out that +994 belonged to the country Azerbaijan. I wonder what business they had calling my number!:roll:

Becareful, last week i too got a call from some number….i just ignored it.
told most of my US contacts to use skype only.

Google Nexus. Is it possible to have such an option in an android mobile which costs below 10000/- because I cannot afford more than that?
