@no fpd You didn’t mention specifically what you need help with. There is enough decent information available readily on the web.

Are you having difficulty with something specific or were you just being lazy when you posted here? https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_toungueout.gif

No fpd brother. If I may. If ur basically looking to just loose weight u better start with proper cardio. U knw even I had to loose a lot of weight bfore I m what I m now. Treadmill (inside gym) football swimming (outside gym) are the stuff u need to indulge in if u want to loose some serious weight. Even 10 minutes a day is good for beginners https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif after some months pair it up with jumping jacks and mountain climbers for those extra love handles (youtube up these or ask ur gym instructor for help) and if ur looking for lean muscle development and Weight loss development at the same time let me tell u that is one hell of a tough job. First advise from my side would be to loose the fat and then build ur guns. Now about building lean muscle? UV got two ways. Eat normal protein wala food or go for some of the body making stuff ( mentioned above never used these, will do soon https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif) if u stay outdoors generally and meal skipping is quite often,u will have to resort to some quality stuff from on,muscleblaze etc( preferably buy them from healthkart.com always). Else I think normal proper and controlled diet is more than efficient. Ofcourse ur patience is the key. If u want fast results uv got to resort to and start taking supplements. If UV got time on ur side and ur not in a hurry to load ur guns I wud recommend u to workout some months normally along wd cardio to loose some fat get some minimum shape and increase ur endurance. At least 6 months. After that buy these supplements and get set go https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_wink.gif people who are normally v thin are advised to start taking supplements just after 2-3 months of working out but its a diff thing altogether when uv got that belly to lose. Also one more vital thing,to lose weight u have to lose more than u gain. Workout more than u eat. That’s how ul loose the fat. Leave no stone unturned when ur at the gym. And yes u cn workout all u want but if u dnt eat properly u will never reach ur goal. U are what u eat https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif.
also a lot will depend on the type of physique u want ( either a ranveer Singh type lean physique or a john Abraham type bulked up physique) For a lean physique cardio is a BIG must daily irrespective of the fact u take protein supplements or not. Also some thin LUCKY guys stay lean with lean muscular volume without any cardio(envy them)and if ur looking for pure volume to fill up those tight tees, well cardio isn’t that necessary. But 2-3 days a week is cool. Easier said than done. Best of luck. Ur physique is something which is earned and no1 or nobody can take that away from u. Being fit should come naturally to you like u brush ur teeth etc. Cheers https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

@ricky bahl Good stuff, bro! https://cdn0.desidime.com/smileys/Aj78s.gif

Will add two things for completeness:

(1) Everybody’s body/metabolism is different so what worked efficiently for you might not work at all for @no fpd. Let’s not forget the important metabolic differences between a 23 year old young guy and a guy approaching his 30s. Age makes a big difference!

(2) When it comes to fat loss, diet plays a significantly more important role than exercise. This is not my belief, but a scientifically proven fact. Having said that, I should also mention that exercise does help and is crucial to maintaining the weight. Changes in exercise regimen also help to get out of weight loss plateaus.

Yes sir. Totally agree. To each his own metabolism https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif what it comes down ultimately to is hard work https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif
