The points are NOT doubling, its calculating on a more complex metric, please check admin’s original posts on the subject back then.

guess you have to only add a few thousand names more by the time the back-end software populates the data completely on to the server.

EDIT: Anyone facing issues of karmas not getting reflected. Give karma to some people and check it, it works. I to faced the same issue, gave karma too some people it will show your Karma stats so far in popup once karma is left which reflects your updated karma. The system just doubles your karma AFAIK.

Admin should have used variables like no of posts (a), no of vote ups (b), no of fans©, no of fpds(d), present karma(x), total time spent in dd in mins(e) etc., while deriving the recalculation for karma.

new_karma=> $y = 0.5a+0.3b+10c+5d+1.5x+2e
