bad experience with infibeam :(

i had placed an order (roses and cake) for my gf on valentine eve.. (i thought why to take chances with shopclues and other xyz website, lets order from infibeam)

order was placed on 13th morning before 1pm, so according to the terms and conditions mentioned on the product it should have been delivered on 14th feb.

on 14th feb, around 7pm , i called their customer care because the product wasn’t delivered. their representative told me that “shipment is out for delivery and she will receive by 10pm”

then again at 10pm i inquired about the same, another representative told me that it cannot be delivered now and product is not shipped, it can only be delivered on 15th.

then i clearly said, if you can’t deliver the product today please cancel the order and refund the amount.

then on 15th morning ,1 of their representative called me and he said he is of the team leader of xyz department. and he apologies for not delivering the product on time, and he asked me how can they compensate for spoiling my valentine. I humbly said that i don’t want any compensation just cancel the order and refund my amount.
he assured me that i will get the refund with in 24 hours

i was waiting for the refund , in the meantime my gf received those roses/cake at 8pm on 15th ,she was unaware of all this ,so she accepted the delivery.
(obviously anybody first receives the parcel, then he/she checks whats inside or who gifted me)

when she told me, i thought may be this is the compensation from their side, which their executive repeatedly asking me for..

then on 18th i wrote a mail asking about refund and today i got a call from their side..

I asked him about the refund, their representative said there is no refund possible as the product is delivered.
i clearly described him the situation but then he insist , “why she accepted the parcel??” , i said she was unaware of this and anybody would have accepted the delivery, its normal human behavior.

then finally he said “then its your fault that you didn’t informed her not to accept delivery, no refund is possible”
then i disconnected the phone..

what the hell, first they spoiled my valentine ,now humiliating me for the refund…

PS: stay away for Infibeam , specially for occasion based gifts.

Bhai, this is not USA. Idhar aise hi business hota hai, by looting the customer and providing 3rd class service. https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

Flipkart is the only exception to this. So, next time order it from Flipkart with a gift wrap or better yet buy it offline and gift it to her personally.

I learnt it the hard way, just like you.

bro flipkart doesn’t have occasion based gifts in their inventory, otherwise i would have ordered from there only…

I can’t say what you should do, but I can surely add my own experience. I had ordered rakhi and it was promised to be delivered before the day of raksha-bandhan. And predictably, it was delivered many days after rakhi. I complained but they had nothing to offer but fake apology. I just left the matter as to save my own time, but since then I have not ordered a single product from them. I just wish that such sites get closed asap.

Aisa hi hota rha to inki dukaan band hone me jyaa din bhi nhi lagenge. Information(reviews) spread faster than fire now-a-days.

either keep the product or ask infi to reverse pick and refund !

If u’ve paid by credit card initiate a chargeback. Mail to the payment gateway that shittybeam uses and screw their happiness.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH INFIBEAM

Their courier partner http://www.aaryalogisticssolutio…om is living in year 1946AD. Horrible behaviour. They again transfer your shipment to other courier agencies stating that its Out-of-Delivery Area. Stay out of Infibeam & Aarya Logistics.

Aarya Logistics will never update the status in their website and would never tell you the status over the phone. They are perfect “UnProfessional” people. I wonder why Infibeam is spoiling their name by associating with Aarya Logistics.
