Beware of Paytm Shop : They Scammed Me

Same thing has happened with my friend.
His seller is “Suman Enterprises”. He is following the case on email but no reply till yet.

I think they are doing it intentionally because till now i have read 4 such cases on dd itself.

Contact them on facebook solved my issue on chat itself.
They are probably hogged down by the sheer volume of orders,remind them on fb and they wil help atleast did in my case

You can mail their payment provider. they can also help

better dimers should avoid online site who dont provide contact no…

3 Days over after my complaint, still no proper response.

Yesterday I received one email asking to send screenshot of the page from where I ordered. he he he, lol
That support guy doesn’t even know how to access the order page with order no.

I sent him that screenshot.

Another 1 and half days over now, still no reply to that email.

At this pace, he would close this ticket at the end of December 2014, so that he can say to his boss, he got some tickets to work on throughout remaining year

Such a pathetic support staff.

No its not “Suman Enterprises”, some other seller “HUNDIA INFOSOLUTIONS”, So beware of this seller. I contacted him, he is not ready to talk, told to contact PayTM staff.

So you guys must know by now, such a frustrating experience with this Paytm.

Even after reading this thread if someone still go ahead and buy from Paytm, I say good luck to him

I have had many great transactions with Suman Enterprises myself. I have seen Suman enterprises on many websites and each time i had a pleasant transaction. This is the first tine something like this has happened and i believe paytm is behind this. I will wait for paytm to resolve this case. If they don’t help, then i will ask for seller’s contact from you. Thank You

6 Days now, still no proper reply or resolution of the case. Paytm shop proving to be indeed scam site.

Asked for refund 2 days back, still no reply for that one too.

they are just a new entry in the market it will take time for things to get into order, but paytm is definately not a scam
