i also got their call twice for holiday package with the details available at site

i opened and verified the site and name of hotels than refused.
they have discussed blah , blah .. vacation idiotness and five star hotels.

but how could you deposited RS 5998/- twice
(i verified the details on site Rs 5998/- vacation for 6 days)
anyway lucky draw is gimmick and the you have made the booking for vacation only,
whatever else you are saying is gossip, and they will not accept any claim.

Take the nos. of highest designate employee of indiatoday group and bombard them with mails/calls thr. linkedin
and ask them to lodge a case under 450/IPC. and CEO will be named in the FIR
alongwith case in consumer court.
just keep the phone bill as record.
let them search who was the culprit to lure you.

u demand full refund for cancellation + INtt. @ 18 % + compensation for case.

try to bombard them with balanced but firm mails to right person to max. mileage,
try to avoid calls (outgoing) and speak in short on incoming calls from seniors
(because they can judge u r in-experienced),
but you have to show firmness to take grip of them thr. adovocate

(send a legal notice, which can charge u Rs 500+)

I hate these people… Bag it today and India times group are the biggest cheaters i have ever faced.. Even Indiatimes shopping does a great LOOT..

Dimers - I tried all alternatives and they are not ready to improve or raise their standards but are getting sick day by day.. I have started torturing them now by placing COD orders and then rejecting them. Now, they call me to ask what happened and I tell them first refund my previous money that you guys have it with you and i will stop torturing you people… It would have surely made them a loss of more than 10k by now

If all of us – Desidime family teach these buggers a lesson than only they will improve.. Let’s start it right now
