I use Relaince CDMA. Rs 949 unlimited 3.1 mbps Internet with no fup.

Docomo network in karnataka is the worst. Data never gets connected easily. Have to try everything from restarting to airplane mode and network selection. If you are lucky enough it might get connected. Still searching for some good cheap data pack for whatsapp outdoors.

I use it when I need to download something.

Missing reliance 3G speed On 2G pack trick as no 2G service in WB.

Bdw try Bsnl EVDO if you have good coverahe in your area. Its true unlimited plan with no speed capping . charges 750+tax per month.
