while browsing ebay i got this below popup and validity of coupon is till 12oct so i think it will work again for one more day in any time of day or night
i think ebay wants to compete with flipkart,snapdeal and amazon
just keep trying when u are free, if u are lucky it will work

it depends on ebay for ex if ebay activate coupon on 3pm and set the limit to 10000 it will stop after 10000 redemption and gives max redemption error

there is no minimum purchase but max discount is 500 and it is applicable for old as well as new accounts for one time and last it depends on ebay when they will activate
i think ebay is activating coupon when their tariff is less
