@sagardrokr do you really do shake weight training ? man any views if they worth the hype and money ??
it seems to be all the rage.. or was all the rage; few years back !

really a rage despite its criticism by some
since i am economically not in a position to afford such ‘equipment’ for hand exercises, i make do by exercising them in a similar yet slightly different manner.
as taught by Jack Nicholson in his DIY fitness video guide.
@thrifty_indian @DealSeeker @no fpd or other fitness experts here, any guidance ? whether
shake weight training really builds good physique ?
and if one can not afford the weight but rather shakes …i mean {umm} ..{you know} like normal shake training without the weight, will that work just as good ?
lastly, very important; it’d be good to know which of the the two ‘equipment’ (or both) do you exercise with please? and the recommended sets per day or per week ?
first time hearings about this type of SHAKES
reg match: I m a kkr supporter so im also not happy
okay thanks for confirming Dada that you might only be doing the other ones.. without the weight.
how many sets a day or week ?
any side effects over long term ?

I suggest hand movement in which one hand strikes another & a sound is generated which is not vulgar but actually sounds like beating someone.
That’s called clapping.

thank you @A2Zdeals
and only in India are the customs such that eunuch communities practice such clapping practices. i do not find it vulgar, though if such things are repeatedly done by anyone in close proximity to me, i do find it distracting and thus irritating.
click/tap: thankfully now our mindset as a nation is moving towards better integration of all kinds of people in mainstream society. (as opposed to the odd news we hear of xyz excelling in some field like showbiz, glamour or politics)
acha A2Z bhai, now that we I have further depressed the OP {LOL:P} i’d end it here with a request for you to have a look at http://www.desidime.com/forums/dost-and-dimes/t... and the links within to get a perspective on what @rajrocks was referencing against.
Good Night and sorry @nhil430522 , please do not be sad. (although i have zero idea of what you are talking. i presume it might be about legalised corporate betting thing)
@Spock I recommend you to do as much as you like and why stop there? Do others too if don’t resist.
@nhil430522 virat played calm and sensible innings from 1 to 15 matches… but he was in hurry to finish the match yester, for every ball he was gng forward…

Feeling gud for WARNER
…Any feeling?….
I am feeling happy for srh because they dont leave hope till end
The main reason why RCB did’nt win was there overconfidence in last match.
The way kolhi deliberately thrown ball aiming Warners head rather than stumps has shown his cheap mentality. Happy to see Warner won..
