Freecharge is full of Bugs, I doubt they will ever grow.

Undoubtedly freecharge is providing awesome offers but it full of blunder errors..
Bug 1 : In case your payment failed in the separate payment pop up , and u tap on Retry Payment from a different card , the payment is charged to card but it lands to error page stating that the card wasn’t punched. Even after mailing so many times to freecharge , They don’t accept they have received the payment and bank too never refunds the payment. It happened with me twice. Its a critical Showstopper. Reply from freecharge CC is irritating.
Bug 2 : In case we have used any cashback coupon , lets say 50 % cashback coupon , and we make the payment , and if recharge fails , you get freecharge credits of recharge amount , not the cashback amount.
Bug 3 : No option to directly refund the payment to card. Need to write to CC. Too long and irritating process.
Bug 4 : No options to add coupons from mobile app.
Bug 5 : In case we have used a short time coupon e.g. the 50 Rs freecharge coupon APP50 , and recharge fails. Neither that number can be recharged again , nor the credit is given ..
Though Paytm doesn’t come with much good coupons , but it is far better then free charge. Freecharge is just good to loot…

bhai I totally diagree with u
once I recharged my no with promo code and the transaction failed but the money was deducted from the bank and the coupon was too used
In the Payment history it was showing nothing
I complained the freecharge team and attached the bank statement
They refunded my moneny and also added the amount of promo code as freecharge credits 
Till now a Happy User

Yes its refunded in that case. But if u retry payment in same window , they will never refund your money. Also fc cc is too irritating. They just copy paste lines in same mail. They don’t understand the issue.

Because of their offers. And by mistake i suggested it to my friends. Now their money is blocked. But the offers they recently came up with was simply awesome… Thats y i am saying . Freecharge is good to loot but not for genuine recharge customers

I have never had any negative experience with freecharge. I regularly use thier service since the April 2012 whenever I need to fill up my mob balance after I came to know about it from a friend of mine. They used to charge 10 Rs at that time for each coupons they offered and the same was sent to the registered address
Obviously there were few failed transactions as well , but I have to accept the fact that their refund policy has never been problematic as per my experience and that’s the reason why many of us are happy with their service except 
aam aadmi ko itna pareshan karna yeh aachi baat nahi….

yeah … they really spent a lot on marketing… My question is that will they get benefits. Because there is viry minor margin in recharges and they are trying to make their customers by this. But will customers stick to this buggy site once these promotions are over ?

Well I am not concerned about any of them. Actually I am trying to understand their business model and customer’s approach towards their business strategies.
I recharged more than 100 times in past 2 years and have never faced any problem at freecharge…
Freecharge and paytm are the best recharge websites and will surely continue to grow…disagree with your post

Why? Are you going to replicate those?
FYI, The business plan of Delta Airlines was written in a tissue paper. Companies rise & fall. It shouldn’t matter to customers/ consumers like us. What matters most is – the value creation & whether you got the benefit of that or not.
