that’s so horrible, a year back people looted them and now they seem to be taking the revenge 
have you sent them mail with this picture and written on their facebook wall ? just threaten them you would float this picture around on all social online forums if they didn’t provide refund/compensation, they would have to do something about it.

They already told me to ship this to their warehouse and they will give me refund+100 rs for shipping.

The whole bigbazar retail group is in trouble yare .. running losses and big loans …. some time back they had to sell their retail wing Pantaloon Ltd to birla or they would have shut down.
In case FDI in retail comes trough they will disappear in some years like BPL Electronics company and the other indian comapnies like BUSH etc .. did when foreign players like Samsung/LG/Siemens etc entered Indian market.
Fraudbazar always was a crap site with crap goods and crap staff …. imho even indiatimes & topifry are better than them

Clearance sale does not mean damaged goods/seconds sale. But these people are taking these sales for granted and most of the times they don’t even accept returns on such sales. Anyways, good that you are getting refund.

I also ordered a few things from futurebazaar clearence sale and after looking at the products decided to return it to them. They are really sending crap and damaged products in clearance sale.

so far,,i only purchased kitchen clothe for utensil cleaning of scrotch bright as clothing material type product..it was fresh (but still under clearnce sale)…rest, i never purchased anything of these sorts of things under clearance sale…i was planing to buy red tape slipper at 13-1400 (listed price) but left it as i will get better option from yebhi in price tag of 7-800..happy that i never ordered such items from them
