GIFTXOXO cheated and eated my 5000 rs. please help

Don’t know much about shopclues vouchers but

How do you know they were used on 31st august or is there some expiry date?

We can check status of gift certificate at shopclues website. It also shows voucher balance amount, order number, etc for that voucher used. I checked voucher is used on 31 august. For my surprise i just found that one voucher is showing used on 16 august.

I made order on 27 august and get vouchers today just 2 hours back…

If you paid via credit card, you can easily file chargeback.

Otherwise contact payment gateway. You have sufficient proof

mistakenly i paid by netbanking. my credit card was out of limit that day…

On a serious note, call their customer care no. & shoot them email(s) after the telephonic conversation is over. Use their Facebook &/or Twitter pages judiciously.

First check the listing of the vouchers as you mentioned that you wanted a single voucher so does the listing mentioned that those are multiple vouchers or a single voucher. Check with the company and mention the issue that you have faced. Do send them email so that you have written proof.

I already email to giftxoxo. They only said to reply sooner…Yeah i did big mistake for just 200rs…

i bought single voucher of 5000. they sent me 5 vouchers of 1000 each that too used…

@op coulded have shooted them mail and asked them to return the money
not to SOLDED the used vouchers.
