Hair getting white due to stress - which hair dye to use?

Okay, so I have to deal with a lot of stress daily and my hair have started turning white. I am just 27. This is also due to pollution, etc. Requirements: - Least harmful for a young adult - I use gel twice a week and shampoo once a week. Should be compatible with these - I dont want to apply more than once a week. So should last long. And how should I use it - eg. once a week / once a month / etc. Thanks

@dragonball You might want to consider supplementing with B-vitamins to reduce the stress-related side effects like graying hairs. Take Biotin and Folic acid supplements in particular.

Dealing with grey hairs is tough as several factors may be contributing i.e poor diet, poor water, shampoos, hair styling products, pollution, internal causes etc.

Best way i can think of is stop using gel as soon as possible it will damage your hair very much and you will loose them more early , switch to organic shampoos and oil your hair twice a week and then shampoo.
Change your diet too if you can.

Switch to hairstyle with short length as they are easy to manage.

if we do not oil our hair ,can we have problem of hairfall or grey hair ..??

earlier i used normal hair oil , but when i moved to deals etc. i started ordering a variety of oils like Garnier Frucits Oil , Dabur Jasmine , Amla etc .etc. , i use gels occasoinally , My hairs are still black but from front both sides of head iam seeing that some hairs are gone …. so just using simply jasmine oil ,,, how can i regain hair on that area. ?

oiling properly is quite good as its prevents hairfall and greying by keeping scalp healthy .
Try biotique therapuetic hair oil, its quite good i use it too.
Switch too hair wax from gel for occassional styling and wash it off at the end of day ( remember to apply it only on top of hair, never apply any styling product on bottom shaft of hair and scalp )
I used to use all kinds of hair styling products n hv damaged my hair a lot over the time.
hairfall and greying may occur due to several reasons but yes prior care is important if you want to keep your hair for longer.

1)
Hot water bathing habit ? or cold water bathing habit ?

because bathing in hot water daily will fade away your hair color, and if you use hot water from Solar water heater means, situation is even worse, white hairs for sure and quickly because of the material used in solar water heater to grab more heat and sustaining heat for long time the material is coated with some chemical (inside the tubes), thats why water is hot for longer time, just my assumption and experience smile

2)
Water quality, always try to use normal drinking water, hard salt water also increase chance. of quick white.
but still giovernment supplying water contain bleach sad

@dragonball garnier brown (looks stylish) or natural black… every 15 days once should be fine… white hairs generally comes as hereditary, hence no treatment…. if it is for stress factor or pollution, then you can go ahead for treatment, as dealseeker mentioned…

Any specific? I hv approx 30% grey hairs & i m just 24. Consulted doctors they said there is no solution to it. Some of the reasons quoted were bad water (water in my city has lot of calcium carbonate), pollution, genetic and bad food habits. When asked whether it will grow in my beard also he said yes. Now i m very much worried sad One of the skin specialist said that it is just indian mentality and i should not care about it

I am also facing this problem since 5 – 6 years.

One uncle has suggested me to use this oil:

SBL Arnica Montana Fortified Hair Oil

Regularly use kiya tha tub white hairs bahut kum ho gaye the. Its a Homeopathic wala.

Flipkart per dikh raha hai mujhe yeh:

http://www.flipkart.com/search?q=SBL+Arnica+Mon...

Baaki kahi aur dekh lo mil jaaye. And in offline stores you can get in any Homeopathic Clinic / Store / Pharmacy.

And while googling I came across this info regarding this:

SBL’S Arnica Montana Fortified specially formulated oil for rejuvenating scalp by improving blood circulation and stimulating hair follicles. Particularly useful in strengthening the hair, checking dandruff, hair fall and helps to curb premature graying. Fortified with extracts of Arnica, Jaborandi, Calendula, and Cinchona Officinalis.

Ab now I have stopped using it as I hate oiling my hair so greying dikhne lag gayi hai wapis se so I can say its effective and no side effects for me atleast.

Hope it will be helpful for you!! smile

Mere thode natural brown hai texture hair ka but maine 1 year se yeh oil bund kiya hua hai lagana so thode thode greying dikhti hai but pehle jaise nahi ab bahut kum hai. But when I was regularly using it ie, twice in a week 30 – 45 mins before washing my hair toh mere natural hair color woi aa gaya tha. Isme mujhe color nahi laga it just strengthen your hair and retain your natural color even hair fall bhi kum ho gaye the.

The conditions in Bangalore (water and air pollution) are surely responsible for a faster deterioration of hair health. That’s why it’s even more important to make sure that you are keeping your body strong internally to fight such external factors effectively.

As I have mentioned earlier, I am certified in Nutrition (link to details) and this simple OTC vitamin recommendation came out of that scientifically proven knowledge. https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif

No side effects (well, as long as we don’t get into the fillers — talc — used in every capsule-based supplement/medicine @Spock https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_toungueout.gif).

Both Biotin (vitamin B7) and Folic acid (vitamin B9) are naturally present in the foods we eat. Unfortunately, since people are eating less and less of such healthy foods (lentils, almonds, dark green veggies, etc.), many people are deficient in such vitamins. Moreover, the requirement for B-vitamins goes up multiple times when people are under mental or physical stress. So it becomes necessary to supplement in the current times we live in.

Folic acid is suggested as per deelseeker , i agree ,

but in delhi type cities too much air and water pollutant which affect directly to hair , though still my hair is black but i feel like my hair is falling but not visible , but earlier density was too high but since my shift in delhi it become 10-15% less and in every morning i can see few hairs on my pillow , i use no oil as my hair are oily , even if i dont apply oil still these become oily in 2-3 days so i apply shampoo twice a weak , but still not found any good thing to reduce this oily thing and hairfall on pillow while sleeping . @DealSeeker bro can you provide solution to my issue like ayurvedic or diet etc Excluding allopathic medicines .
