Help (DigiPurse By Union Bank Of India) "Your Digital Wallet is Hotlisted"

I emailed the 11 times fro 2 differnet email ids , then also no reply.. :/

@happy2prog I am not even able to load money on Digipurse using any debit card. After getting transaction failures for the first few times, now I always get an error that says “Some internal error has occurred”. Any solution?

BTW, I am surprised that you were able to use the Payzapp card as a debit card. Does the Payzapp card also work on Pockets?

Nope , But Vica Versa is true, i.e you can load money from pokets to payzapp
pokets is one of those wallet which only accpets original Debit Cards!
And yes this Intrrnal Error Problem Was fsced by me too, On the same night , But retring a few times i was Able to Add money !

but lemme tell you one thing , They have No , LITTERALY No CC! So add money at yoyr own risk , and once added , Imps the Amount thst you dont want , And keep only that much amount that you needed, And If get blocked , You will not Regret Much,!!

i loaded 1200 in oxigen through Digi purse..but transaction was failed and refunded
i didnt get in my digi purse account…but oxigen is giving me the reference number of refund also

my 2 accounts(different phones) also got hotlisted
i was able to add money via payzapp card and transfer the amount, but soon after got wallet hotlisted error,has been more than 3 weeks,no resolution

union bank site is most psychotic bank with weird terms and conditions and they are too amateur
