Dimers, i need you help to teach a lesson to a courier company named Professional Courier
I ordered a product from ebay and the seller shipped it using this courier. It reached my city on 14th august. After waiting for 2 days i called them regarding status of shipment on 16th . They said they will deliver it today itself. But they didn’t do so. Yesterday , i.e. 17 i requested them to deliver it on urgent basis. They said 100% they will deliver. But again noooo.. Today i saw the status of product returning back. I called them and they starting redirecting me to various offices. At last after 7-8 calls someone told that my address was not deliverable by them.
The points being why they accpted my order, why didn’t they refused that at first place. Secondly , they must have called me and told the situation.
FYI I live in ncr and area is serviced by all couriers.
What can i do so as to teach them a lesson so that in future they don’t fool any other??

professional courier was india post in my case(delhi)
i got tracking number and other things of professional vourier but it was postman who delivered the package.

You Can’t do anything Bro, Because in your case its about a whole courier company not any courier boy…
Actually, you can do many things( i.e legal case on courier company) But think practically you will get nothing by doing this…

Your dealing was with seller and not courier company. If at all you want to teach someone a lesson or two, it should be the seller.
It is the seller’s responsibility to choose someone who can deliver your product.

But more chances are how he will be knowing about all the areas and which is servicaeble by whom…
On the contrary courier company must be knowing this……
You can go to their office and make arguments, quarrels, abuse them, threaten them, exaggerating the loss inccured to you. Lastly you can warn them that you are going to consumer court. One more you can call their head office and complain, but all this will took extra time.
In your case, as suggested by our bro @goldigger, you need to pressurize the seller and ask him to take an action against the courier. You have no relationship with courier company in your case as the entire responsibility passes on Ebay and the seller. So get in touch with the seller and get your work done. Professional courier is anyway unprofessional company. Last time I also got irritated because of the courier company which didn’t deliver my courier for 6 days. Finally amazon had to compensate me (actually I forced them) with 350 Rs.
Not much you can do. Give negative feedback to seller as he is partly responsible.
Call courier company to schedule a pickup ( if they offer) for 5kg product to kanyakumari . then pack bricks and hand it over to courier guy if he denies send him back with 1rs coin .
Tell him next time deliver the order

Once HDFC sent my cheque book via Professional couriers whose nearest hub is located just behind my house. These dimwits returned the cheque stating that they don’t know the address (of the house just behind them). I blasted at their CC, nodal officers and all officials who were trying to justify their doing. Dumbf**ks.
I couldn’t produce the cheque when I wanted, due to their stupid service, lost a lot of money due to this. Not to mention that I had to pay again for requesting the cheque for the second time from the Bank.
And I gave a suggestion to change their name from Profesional to Unprofessional couriers before ending the discussion.

We should Teach them a lesson…
According to me, the best way to teach them a lesson is to avoid using their services and not recommending them to any of our friends/relatives. Why do we have to take pain in our ass to make them better? We do have other things to do
Let them continue being what they are, let us avoid them. They will be sidelined over the time if they continue providing this kind of service. Competition is the key to success. They should know it better than us! This is the way my logic works, and I don’t want to make people like them benefit out of my actions 
Don’t use and don’t recommend – the best thing we can do from our side to teach them a lesson!

A feedback to seller might ensure that the particular seller never uses this crappy courier service ….
i am facing same issue with gati courier
amazon has shipped the product and in status it says product received in dest. city
and next update was cust requested for rescheduling the product to 21st aug (the cust care or any person didnt contacted me atall)
i calledup yesterday and complained about this, they called me today and said their might be a problem in hub so they didnt deliver, and said i will follow up and get back to you.
amazon shipped it on 12th
