yeah i know its treanding in nowdays and it also help to get noticed or selected by girls,jobs and in other thngs..
but it will also give so many problms like acne,other skin infections(if not properly cared)
and in yoga i may not get notice by people but the good part is i will live healthy and mentally refreshed

no if you wash your face clearly and take care of it it will not be a problem and other skin infections also dont occur only because of gym
you should take care of your skin properly
on the other hand if you do proper workout
your skin will glow

hybrid model = some breathing exercise (kapal bharti, pranayam etc) + surya namskar + running – fast food
