Because dimers negotiated hard to redeem all hc cash for amazon vouchers…

Helpchat is one of the most creepy app I’ve ever installed. They scans/uploads to their server all your data on your phone and use them wherever they can.

We cant book movies using helpchat cash?

EDIT : CHAT OPTION DISAPPEARS ONLY IF YOU UPDATE APP,chat option is still present in older version of app,but you cant chat with anyone

I’m Ankur, founder and CEO of Helpchat. Just thought I’d give you a quick update about the app. We recently reviewed the experience of most of our users and we found that while several of our users loved the chat feature, for a lot of you chat was a cumbersome way of doing things (too many taps, easier if you did it yourself etc.).

After extensive debate internally, we have taken the call to phase out chat from our app and create the same level of experience using automation and simple user interfaces. The rest of the app remains the same – but it is simplified, self-serve and without any delays.

From today, you will get an automated response on chat requesting you to upgrade to the latest version of the app. (Here’s the link for iOS andAndroid)

As always, we’ll keep trying our best to create India’s biggest personal assistant app.

Bill payments, heard that they will come up with something soon. I don’t think you can use it anywhere apart from that.
