Keeping Money at Paytm is UN-SAFE

I cehcked my wallet transactions, I found some transactions failed in attempt of Transfering to Bank, that money is showing as “REFUNDED_BACK” but in actual, it is NOT refunded, when I ask Paytm first 3-4 days, the liars were telling FAKE news that it is REFUNDED, BUT, when I ask them to show the proof where it is Refunded and asked them to send me the Paytm Cash IDs of the Deposits

Now the beggars are acting in different way, they are asking historical complete Bank statements to show them that it is NOT REFUNDED, I wrote this case to cybercell@paytm also, waiting for the reply

This is Very much mental Torture to me, because till now I have not checked properly the all the refunds for the cancelled orders, cancelled payments etc, I have 3 accounts since 2 years, I need to put so much of mental effort to get the Txns which are not refunded to my Bank and showing False status as refunded

So final word is, it is not safe to trust paytm, they are liars, buggers, first when I asked them they them selves told Failed to get Transferred to Bank (see in the Communication email chain) and they told it is refunded to wallet , when I ask them the Deposit Txn Ids now the Cheaters asking all Bank statements till date

Hello Ravi,

We understand that the recharge for your transaction was not successful, but your bank account/card was charged.

Sometimes we do not get the confirmation from the bank that your money has been deducted. Could you please email a copy of your bank/credit card statement in PDF format which includes this particular transaction till date / 12 feb 16 .

Waiting to hear from you.

Thanks and regards

HELLO,

Whatever you are telling is absolutely WRONG

The amount drawn for the Order#1032674 from already existing wallet amount

FOR the Paytm Cash IDs: 1330474038 & 1330474590, the wallet history is showing DEDUCTION but not showing any DEPOSIT for the SAME, and not refunded to Bank

Please do not try to cheat me, refund my amount 961 + 961 = Total 1922/- without any Delay

Thanks,
Ravi Sankar

We reviewed and figured out that INR 961+INR 961 has already been refunded to your Paytm Account. It seems that you have used this amount already. Here are your transaction details for the same as mentioned below:
1. Order number:1032674

Hope this helps!

if you are running 3 accounts and using same debit card for transaction , then chances are that after sharing bank statement they will find your other two accounts also and block all three accounts immediately.
So be careful while sharing details to them as in the past so many accounts had discontinued just coz their address and card details are same on more than one accounts ..

I had to spent the whole 10k which I got cash back from iphone 6s bcoz I knew transferring to bank is risky and if such type of problem occured I would lose 10000 rupees in a moment..

Nothing is risky in that, bro! Since your account is KYC verified so they won’t be blocking it until and unless you do something fishy in other accounts. You should have first “transfer to bank” and then wait for a day.

Similarly what I’ve noticed is if your bank is “SBI”, you will get refund in your bank account in 3-4 hours, but for anyone else back it may take upto 2 days.

First of all do not loose temper and mess up with paytm for that matter with any other wallet/retailer.
You know they will be polite in mails but will surely trouble you to the end.
It does not matter to them much if one customer is added or lost.
So as long as your money is with them and you have few negatives with you, like 3 accounts,…first be soft and get your money, once your money is in ur hand, u can always write your experience on forums.

For me refund from mobikwik wallet to bank took more than 15 days+ after recharge failure.

I just went through the emails you posted. First of all , you need to maintain some decency while replying to a customer service representative. Looking at your language, they will not help you even if they wanted to. It is sad how you are addressing customer care reps as " beggars" . Remember, opening multiple accounts on Paytm is against their rules. You have violated Paytm rules and they can get back to you by labeling you as a " fraud" for violating their rules. Would you like if they address you as a Fraud? We all get mad at customer service agents but remember, they are humans too and in certain situations there is only so much so they can do. Instead of getting mad at CC reps, provide them the details they want or escalate the issue to higher ups.

I’m not trying to take a dig at you. Your issues would be resolved faster if you maintain composure & professionalism while dealing with Paytm or any organization for that matter.

Hi, I agree what you are telling is RIGHT … but this is not the first time I am facing issue with paytm, most of the times (if it is their mistake) they will not respond to emails, twitter, facebook and need to send them email daily to get one response out of 5 -10, every time they will come up with the info that is completely irrelevant to the concern.

I am pissed off with the third class website and 4th class support, that was why I had used some harsh language, everyone on Earth will be having patience, if that exceeds, then everyone will blast out …

BTW I have not got my money yet … I will keep on posting their replies here, so that everyone will come to know how much trouble that paytm is giving me
