Delhi 10 bucks LED bulbs is a dream. any money left after paying salaries to kejriwal team and state govt. employees will be used for it.

Maharashtra govt. with centre and MSEDCL has come out with a scheme for 7w LED bulb for rs. 100.
when checked was from either Osram or Phillips. heavy bulbs so better because of more metal for heat sink (read the article link by OP) .

they are indeed worth 250 bucks being sold for 100 with subsidy from tax payers money.
