There is no proof on the landing page, its just offer details mentioned and a comment is there that offer is closed, but its just comment with no proof again.

I have tweet them and I am came to know that they have closed permanently and I think so you might have availed it earlier this month and you may confirm with them on Twitter

Just mentioning the term 2. Other Terms and Condition Apply. does not mean that they can permanently close the offer.

I am ready to file a case against Mobikwik also request other dimers to do the same.

This is not the way of treating the customers and cheating with them. Just a fake promotion to sale the mobile. If they can close the promotion in the mid of the offer then they must buyback the mobile.
