Hey all,

A friend of mine is looking for best price deal for purchasing 100+ laptops. Number of laptops required are sure-shot 100, and can go upto 200+ depending upon the offer.

Laptops should be basic VFM laptop, to seemlessly support all MS office tools.
Price Range: 25,000 to 30,000
Screen Size: Around 15 inch
Brand: Dell or Lenovo only
OS: Must be with Windows 7 or higher

Apart from it rest all configurations should be best possible in the given price range.

Laptops will be required at Jaipur location.

Can anyone here suggest some good shops at Nehru place who gives good deals for Laptops in Bulk order. Any leads will be really appreciated.

Cheers!

Tell you friend to contact directly to the company of his choice. He can mail his requirement to the regional/Sales office. For such high quantity they will give him special discount and also will treat him on priority. He won’t even need to move a finger accept sign a cheque.

We searched at Lenovo’s and Dell’s website for some email id or something related to sales inquiry, but they haven’t shared any such method to contact them.

Apt place is Raiser Plaza.

EDIT: Also, if Indian warranty is not a problem, he/you should consider Thai laptops.

Thanks a lot @parthponkiya8

Contact details of Dell shared by you will be really helpful. Don’t know why din’t I get that page of Dell on google search or even by navigating through their website. Anyhow, I have dropped an email to Dell, stating our requirement. Hope to get a response by tomorrow.

Any further leads will be really helpful.

@ankurjpr Since we are a corporate buyer, we need products with warranty and all bill details. Also, Raisar Plaza guys seems not interested in doing any business. Even after stating the requirement of 120 laptops one guy gave me a market price and said hazaar-do hazaar final deal karne pe kam kar denge. Irony is Snapdeal and Amazon both have that model listed at a 5k less than MRP quoted by Raisar Plaza guy. Can’t deal with such unprofessional guys.

Definitely, if they offer some Long-term and mutually benefiting deal.
Else, will have to get it via somebody sitting at Nehru Place Delhi.

@aniey72 When you enter Nehru Place through the entrance next to Satyam multiplex, there’s a shop for used laptops/desktops on the ground/basement floor (on the right side of the market). That guy deals in bulk. He buys in bulk from foreign embassies and corporates when they go through their IT upgrade cycle and then resells the computers at some margin for himself. I once helped a friend buy about 50 used Dell Latitudes from that shop for a training institute. Don’t have the shop details anymore as it was a few years ago. But you should be able to find the shop with these details. All the best!

OP.

So there’s a “Nehru Place computer market” also in Jaipur?

Update: Dell’s direct Sales channel is hopeless. On the name of discounted series all that they are offering is a model that isn’t available in the market and are quoting a price which is much much higher than same configuration models available in retail market.

Justification they are giving is “sturdiness” and the gave example like there’s difference in Wagaon R and Dezire models by maruti for same configuration, same is reason for difference in Dell’s Laptop. Fair enough. Then we told that offer us Dell’s model equivalent to Wagon R. We need basic ones. And he took it too personal and went into toooo much overselling and finally said that we can’t offer you any other model… :O

Trip to Delhi for getting the quotations cant be arranged, thus any email ids of sellers at Delhi’s Nehru Place, who can cater at Jaipur location will be helpful.

3) http://www.nehruplacemark...om

Edit at 11:32 AM: Moreover, these guys are a major seller in the market: http://www.costtocost.in/contactu...px

Somebody told us that Costtocost and computer empire does not deal in laptop’s bulk orders. We have dropped an email to them, but there’s no response.
