His budget is 20000, aap utne ki paav bhaaji khilaoge toh goss8877 will start looking like a paav himself
(Couldn’t find an animated gif of anyone eating paav bhaaji )
BTW, I have no idea about the best way to contribute to goss bhai’s query, but just my two cents: Is the Mi4 available in Singapore? At what price? (suggesting the Mi4 because goss bhai is a Xiaomi user already, nahi toh I guess almost any phone would be cheaper there than here)

h2. My Budget 20000
Gosswa rather than the budget, can you narrow down on the kind of stuff and for whom (family/self versus gifting) you want?
because betwixt the three [Malay, Sg, Hk] they have everything that any Europe, Dubai, U.S. have to offer.
Mostly odd stuff that is just not available here is only worth paying in excess of 18-20% [than Indian import] else take locally.
also to consider or discuss is: what are the chances that the person bringing the stuff might be fuming under his breathe}} saaley ke dost ke liye bhi samaan lana pad raha hai
sorry if I am intruding into personal boundaries. I personally have refrained from obligations from those where relations or dynamics are too susceptible.
- Mustafa Centre now a days may or may not have the charm. because now many specialised shops for electronics, hardware, gizmos have come up. But even now I think some old timers there accept Indian currency up to certain limit. [my personal experience of the same is way before Twin towers fell and U.S. made world economics a tough place, so my experience of pre-2000 is irrelevant]
just wanted you to know that Mallu’s, Tamils there DO indulge in hanky-panky with INR so its easier.
I may dig up my old files for bills and check if the businesses are relevant: but for that you have to first take a call on categories please .
hey Goss, can I make this a ‘want one’ , ‘me’ types clingy requests thread
Bro mine I eventually gave away to a relative, can you get these Boading balls/ Mandarin (Chiness) stress balls as they are called.
two is the norm, but Pro’s actually stick with three balls (albeit smaller ones)
Its like similar benefits as Prāṇāyām, Suryanamaskar but with less work. one one has to practice with appropriate size balls and make sure they do not touch each other as much
with disciplined training, very good for the nervous system
am only half serious Goss, not the time or acquaintance to push for farmaish
I make do with our deshi stuff anyway
@Mr_N in so far as I know, Jakarta and Sg both places did get Mi4, but the cost/servicing dynamics make a better case for buying in India. [if device/user is not in Sg/Id but is in India]
Besides its a friends relative [if he has his own stuff too] either will have to declare (red channel) or bring packing separately to pose as some household old item.
I am assuming that the person is not coming back under Transfer of Residence. If ToR be the case then even BMW/ Hummer can be brought duty-free (on paper, one has to show/ prove it to be ‘n’ years old )
P.S.: I confirmed last month with someone at Bandung, but Xiaomi’s Singpore guys are pushing their sales in Indonesia too.. that’s why I myself skipped calling stuff with my acquaintance. Besides the obvious suspect Xiaomi stuff floating around at the best of physical/on-line stores
I had bought a laptop in my previous visit. Got 10% cheaper but was denied 2 years extended warranty. Not worth buying from SG.
