All those who are in ( including me) should make a Welcome Thread for them. As soon as they comment, we should collectively recharge their Karma meter to 100+ as a positive gesture. As soon as they are cadets, we should ask them to return our kind gesture. They will get hands-on training experience on how to give Karma and increase Brotherhood on DD. This is thread is not for Free karma Giving ! You need to earn karma !

Senior dimers and admins don’t reply to newbies… They are busy with other r senior dimers.. If newbies make mistake, they are suspended… Atleast they shud be given few chances… One cannot learn all rules Nd regulations in one day…
