Please find below steps to transfer your Paytm cash in bank account:

1) Sign in to ‘Your account’.
2) Click on ‘Paytm Cash’ under ‘Your account’.
3) Click on ‘Refund to bank’ to initiate the transfer.
4) To continue with bank transfer click on ‘Proceed’.
5) A box will appear informing you that the transfer has been initiated.

It may take 3-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank as timelines are governed by the bank.

I got your point and I don’t know if paytm might close this withdrawal option. I apologize to those who have lost their cool because of this communication gap and I would request them to relax as like them, I too want my cash to be transferred to paytm. No negativity please.
