It’s not uncommon to hear bad experiences with e-commerce stories: your products are not delivered, sometimes they are lost and sometimes they are delivered to you, but not in one piece.
But, Snapdeal took it to a whole new level this time.

I never really trusted Snapdeal but now after this, I’ll be staying away from Snapdeal.

Try purchasing a TV this time, and you’ll know their true colors. Unless of course – you are a snapdeal mole yourself !!

Stop your buttin everywhere dimepincher. I have ordered a 32" LED TV from snapdeal earlier but nowadays they are the worst in customer service and delivery. Even with my order, they cancel it and send me from another seller after 10-12 days which was a gift to my grand father.
There are tons and tons of issues with snapdeal these days and that’s the reason I’ll avoid Snapdeal and suggest the same to everyone.
That doesn’t mean if they come up with better customer service and good delivery time in future, I will still avoid.

There are thousands of complaints against Flipkart as well. But still you carry on shopping from FK!

Snapdeal was, is and will remain a marketplace. It has got almost the same kind of service since inception (except the 100,200,300,350,500 off coupons which has dried up).
Snapdeal also used to provide the dog-biscuit (err! compensation for PE).
Snapdeal sends products thru all the delivery companies of repute.
BTW, not a fan of Snapdeal or for that matter, any e-tailer. But this kind of threads with hilarious conclusion is completely out of place.

Why do you shut your wide (sic!) eyes while checking comments about Flipkart in those social sites?
oh wait… Flopkart deletes all negative comments about them in their homepage.
