Instead of creating new rules (Noone follows nowadays) dimers should cross check the traders’ history before start trading with them

Stay away with newbies while trading for big amount

This is a simple issue. Admin need not have additional burden about this.

The issue can be resolved much easily:

There can be a Trusted Senior Moderator as a third person in the trade. This trusted person should be senior and known to all.

If a newbie wants to sell something like say Paytm cash for some discount. And if someone else likes this deal, both the parties can send the cash to the Moderator and once the Moderator receive the amount from both the parties, he/ she can escape. Oops, I mean, he/she can transfer the amount.

i have also been cheated by archit he took 50 paytm cash and never replied and never update any status so be aware from this fraud dimer http://www.desidime.com/users/…57

Believe me, this takes less time than removing the threads created by Newbies in Trades forums. Escrow(thanks to mxguys) service is the best option. This usually would take maximum 24 hours to complete if there is just one or two moderators. One or two moderators are more than enough.

Our Community Angel Goss can do it for free of cost. So consider him as Trusted party.:-D
