If you are an Airtel user and are tired of being told “Recharge offers are not applicable to Airtel” then you could perhaps use the Mobile Recharge services as a redemption option. Not sure if it also supports Airtel Broadband bill payments. Lazy to check.
1 RP = ₹0.75
Does it charge Rs. 75 per redemption even if we recharge thru regalia my rewards site ?
Also let me know how to get a coupon as there is Apply coupon option in Regalia website while doing recharge, etc.

I believe the answer is NO. But I have seen some claim that it is related to the Customer’s Class (Preferred / Classic) etc.

Where you see a “Apply voucher” option, you should also find a “Generate voucher” option.
You would need to provide Card number / Linked mobile /DOB to fetch the points available to you for redemption.
Then you can choose the Amount to redeem as Regalia Voucher.
You should receive the generated voucher on your Linked mobile + email within minutes.
Go ahead and use the same.

Above Apply/Generate voucher option there is “Apply Coupon” option…

True that.
But there is no coupon that I know of.
Possibly HDFC intended to promote this Redemption option using coupons. But VFM minded users are already flocking to the site via communities like DD that they don’t feel the need for any promotion.
