bro , you may not aware of new pepperfry model let me brief you , first they are giving some good coupons to attract users , then starts the real drams ,they will keep our orders in a pipe for 7working days (satdays sundays national holidays , pp’s personal holidays doesn’t come under this ) , after 2weeks they will start checking process of orders they check each and every order how much they are loosing if they honour the deal , if they feel their inflated Prices covers their coupon discount then they may forwad our order to dispatch team ,

now comes the evil part , what if inflated price not covers the discount given by coupons then they do two to three things

1 , checking order articles if there is a filler in order they will send you filler and after many follow up’s they will credit u some pp points which valid only for 15 days you will get only what u paid not coupon(what u get = (total – (coupon+filler price) )

2 , if there is no filler in order now they will opt for second option which is they send same product but different brand with less mrp price (like if you order branded phone they will send you crap china) , now also you need to follow up them many times for reverse pickup / refund

3 , coming to 3rd if there is no filler and less price product of same , they will some manufacture default or broken electronic item to you

for all the above 3 steps you need to follow them like because they removed toll free number bcz they changed their model they know they need to follow each and every order , if you call their care first they will ask you to send pictures of broken/less mrp / filler to their care , if you don’t have camera/camera phone you need to go to nearest photo studio to send snaps to their care , after sending photos to them they will ask you wait again for 48working hours , after passing litmus test now they will tell you to return product to their warehouse with your cost they will give u only 150rs for the return , trust me admin some guys got only 150 as courier charges for 8kg product , why the hell we need to pay courier charge if their dumb employees sends me wrong product

now after sending product to their wareh ouse now again wait for 1 more week now drama two starts , they will send you mail stating we are adding some XXX points in ur account for XYZ order number these crap points will expire in 15days ,they will deduct coupon discount before adding points u only receive points for what u paid not coupon previously they were adding few extra points for this but now they stopped that also , by this they are literally locking our money , now u need to buy over priced products without coupons , bcz points wont work with coupons , if we follow 10’s of times they are sending same amount to ur banks also , you don’t know admin one guy received same low priced product two times for his order , you don’t understand all this stuff until you experience

you checked first pic check the second one there i cleared mentioned mrp of towel is different than what they sent me , m not talking about ur DD codes only ,in general if u use affiliate codes rather than personal codes there is more choice of getting cancelled and received wrong ones

bro i never talk bad about any site unless until they cross red line ,i feel pepperfry crossed red line wayy long back ,you know when some guys accused masticart calling sister site of timtara , i am the one you said

bhai the entire long story what u have written is…. if true…. is applicable for any coupon…. how do u say one over the other….. many PEPdime coupon are also for new users on pepperfry and are as registration coupons…. so than how can you say one over other ??

yes applicable for all coupons , as i already said choices are more for affiliate couposn i never used word dd affiliate coupon peddime in general i said , i stand on my words

if they want to cancel order first they will start with affiliate ones bcz they need to pay loss two times for that orders one is loss of coupon second one is affiliate commission , you may feel i am targeting your coupon but nt i said in general ,.

If any site want to a cancel an order first they will starts with affiliate coupon offers , because if they cancel normal orders they need to loose twise one is coupon other is affiliate commission , if they cancel affiliate one they can reduce their loss

first you asked proof , gave you prrof
then you are asking to apply same for all coupons , to that also i gave you answer

I dont know about others, but I am 110% satisfied with pepperfry.. Got all orders.. My last order on 20th was shipped in just 2 days..

Brought everything with coupon.. obviously..

Dont know why some customers are pi$$ed off..

this is third time bro , if you don’t understand i can’t help you ,

if they cancel normal order they need to pay commission for other order which placed using coupon

lets say XX is normal order 2nd one YY is using affiliate coupon

if they want to cancel they will start with 2nd order YY not with 1st XX

becz if they cancel XX they need to pay loss discount coupon value and affiliate commission

Reason:-

1.placed order 1st time using coupon, i used some fillers to complete the order, they only sent me fillers and cancel my main product.

2. My friend placed an order of yepme shoes,it was shown that the actual mrp of this shoes is 699 but our price is 499.but when we received the product its actual price was 499.00 on the yepme shoe box.

Also assume that both placed order at nearly same time.
So priority of cancelling will for person A because he used coupon of affiliate. Why, here is goes:

Pepprfry will bear loss due to coupon in both case (equal because both offered same discount- assumption),lets term is as Loss C . Along with that they would be required to pay commission to affiliate site, lets terms it as Loss D. So if they fulfill order of A, they will have to bear loss C as well Loss D but for fulfilling order B, they would only bear loss C.
