I did everything as mentioned in the post. But when i call any number from Nimbuzz, call is getting disconnected immediately.

Put Username as received by Pennytel
BUT for password you have to login to account and see SIP settings….
Login to Portal
In portal – go to Personal voip – settings – Sip settings.
Username – Provided in portal (same as receive din mail)
Password — provided here(MARK – it’s different)
I am having problems related with Audio.. Receivers are not able to hear my voice as fine as it should be, though i am able to hear them fine. Any solution Help
P.S: I am using it via Lap. through their Pennytel app.
making it simple —
Go to

1. use your mailid and password (used to register) to login on the website
2. select portal option
3. after login click to “Mobile VoiP” option placed at side left
4. on main page click on Setting→“VOIP setting”→SIP Setting
5. Use Your IP Phone Number is: “888xxxx” as userid and VoIP Password*: xxxxxx to login on android mobile app.
That’s it.

Thanks ranjan! that worked but when making calls throught the mobile app I get the error “Call Failed Server internal error(500)”
Anybody else facing this?
Doesn’t even work through nimbuzz on pc. Call doesn’t go through :/

On the android app, it shows me invalid username/password even though I login with the “888*” id and the password on sip setting page.
I can see the following in sip settings page:
SIP Register: No
You will need to register to the PennyTel SIP Proxy in order to receive calls
Please let me know whoever got this thing working on android. What else do we have to do ?
