For registration through webpage form:

a. Citibank will send a confirmation email to all customers who register themselves for the
offer within 10 working days of registration

In case, the customer does not have a valid registered ID with Citibank, the registration
confirmation will not be sent.

c. If the card # mentioned in the registration form is incorrect, a regret communication will
be sent to the customer on the ID mentioned in the registration form.

For registrations through SMS:

a. Citibank will send a confirmation SMS to all customers who register themselves for the
offer within 10 working days of sending the SMS.

If the registration is unsuccessful, customer will be communicated through SMS with-in
10 working days of sending the SMS, and will be directed to a dedicated registration
page on the website to complete the registration.

c. This SMS will be sent to the mobile number from which the registration request was
received.

Customers who qualify as ‘daily top 500 spenders’ and have registered for the campaign would be credited with 1000 turbo points by 15th Nov 2015. Customers can qualify only once during the campaign period. 1 Turbo Point equals Re. 1 of fuel when the IndianOil Citibank credit card is swiped on Citibank EDC at select IOC outlets.
