How to use???

Well here is the answer……

1) You have to load the OS onto Micro SD card.
2)Insert Micro SD card into the card slot.
3)Power ON Orange PI (Of course you need to connect ur TV via HDMI, Keyboard n Mouse through USB.)

Voila…..UR Mini PC boots on Linux/Android………

You can use it as media player……..

You can use it for Home Automation……

You can use it any way you want………………

Note: Please don’t compare Raspberry Pi community support with this……

When we pay from our card, The gateway automatically converts the USD to INR based on the value on that particular day.

For eg…..If you purchase 10 $ worth product, Your account will be debited by Rs 662 …………..

Instead of this put some money more and go for the Android TV box. The prices is a little more but you get a proper duster poof box and every thing pre installed.

The pi is for th one who want to do kedas on embedded systems using Android os

Franky I have till date got delivery of over 35 items and about 20 items are in transit. Didn’t face any problems till date because I intentionally chose a higher rated seller even though it’s expensive than new comment.

The 2 Orders which got delayed… Got the items for free by refund and in case of 1 seller who did not ship the items got the refund.

Guy can anyone tell me how useful it is ? Price is lucrative for a Android PC to be used on TV. It means your Regular TV can be turned into Smart Android TV.

Need more info about it, any geek dimer share your thoughts or feedback for the same. I would be interested in making it for my Regular LED TV.

Though i don’t own the same product, I do have a raspberry pi 2, around 2-2.5k Indian market price

to answer you guys they aren’t really something u can replace your pc with. yes they have little os available to run small games, a browser etc, they good for learning, programming, educational stuff and to show off geeky skills etc. they pretty much can run anything u can make them run(well technically)

I have used my pi2 to work over xmbc, plex and more as little media player at home then as pc

yes it can turn your led tv to a smart tv using xbmc or kodi. currently it does not support android officially but there are android downloads available unofficially. moreover android lags as it still does not have proper video drivers from broadcom released.

don’t compare andriod which is more of mobile os not for this (atlest now).

Yes a device like this with running xmbc, kodi can beat any smart tv out their in terms of performance or features(the world is open to you they are tons of plugins to give all those features u can find on any smart tv). infact this device is worth spending few k’s then spending extra on a smart tv.

also note that HDMI-CEC is available on a Pi, which means u can control your pi ruining kodi, xmbc with same tv remote(consider its more ur remote singnal goes to tv, tv sends signals via hdmi to pi)
e.g u change input on tv to hdmi port connect to pi, pi wil boot up, tv should have cec support to work which is true on all new leds

@meetcrazydude just don’t go for the price. If you don’t intend to experiment and use only to make a smart tv then stick to the Android smart tv box costing approx 2700 or the sticks which are cheaper from Aliexpress to have a savings.

I used to build a lot of hobby circuits in 90’s but most would end up wasted in drawer or canabalised for other circuits since never got proper housing to fit and use them.

Same will happen here. Original pi has a lot of plugins (also housing for an extra amount) but this is like a look alike so be careful before investing in this.
