So true, Have placed 2 orders on april, Still 3 items worth Rs 400 are still pending to get delivered.
Even after repeated mails, there is no response from their side. Even they dont pick up the phone calls. Rally they are shameless creatures, Even after not sending the remaining items, they are sending the offer mails.

I also bought few products from fashionvia.com but after even 1 month I did not received the item. then called them and for 3 days nobody picked up the phone… on the 4th day they picked up and told that the product is out of stock… i will never forget that bad experience with them… after that I stopped buying from them… Yebhi.com is much much better I think…
I AM 100% AGREED WITH usa11 customer service pathetic ,shipthe product very late with only one mobile number they are doing the business. they mislead me regarding a rayon shirt by tellng its acotton shirt!I have written for exchange on 25th august no reply till date! socks they are sellng are very old stock. I have 7 socks from them, any one from kolkata wants i can give it for RS 50 , any one interested?

I too had issues with their service .. i tested them with one order which got delivered in time so went ahead and placed 4 more and then the story began ..:lol:
finally i got their address and coz i stay in bangalore i cud go and catch them at store and got it all settled ..

Nothing against deal.
But my vote down for fashnvia which is pathetic site with almost no customer support
as emails are hardly answered and phone calls never picked.
For only order placed with them , got refund after chasing them ( and also koovs who actually gave me the mobile number of person concerned when there customer support line was always busy ) for 2-3 months with lots and lots of phone calls which actually wiped at least half of my refund amount of Rs.450
Discount voucher purchased with koovs was other loss in this transaction.
Fashnvia is also spamming my email constantly in spite of asking them to unsubscribe me so many times.
