I have faced issue with paytm… after my 2 orders delivered I got the cashback… after one week my wallet become 0. I have contacted paytm, they are saying that there is some technical glitz, that is why wallet become 0. I asked them to check the orders and provide me my cash back amount to my wallet… they said that they were unable to see any orders my name… not sure what to do…
