But avoid Giftxoxo it locks your money and refund is very difficult. it took 1.5 – 2 month to refund.
Lots of problem..
Only do with small amount is okay

Ugh. Yes. Avoid xoxo at all cost. They are nothing but frauds. Not even worth posting here for 6% cashback (not even discount!) imho but to each their own.

Vd coz the paltry 6% cashback and especially the seller (xoxo) and their unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour. Not worth risking or blocking your money.

Kg to op for the effort though. My way of kinda balancing it out

I lost 1000rs with giftxoxo emailed them but their support useless they sometimes say they will refund and sometimes they say i will get another gift card after 10-12 emails i got nothing.

There are only concentrating on the EXPERIENCE Products.

And the priority for Gift Voucher is very low on their list.
Remember do not take any risk … The customer support is so pathetic you would have wished to give all the locked money to beggar even if they pickup the phone sometimes…

My money got refunded only because of Payumoney (i used it as a payment gateway while purchasing). So if somebody have locked fund contact the respective Payment Gateway Immediately. And yeah even 10% is not worth with GIFTXOXO !!!
I tried to communicate with them on Twitter / call / email / chat NO NO USE… Only fake promises !!!

I tried generating with 500 and it generated quickly but when i tried with money above 5k it locked.

They have a Policy in which they state for verification reason 5k above money (or 10k if i am wrong) will need verification and will be delayed !!! That policy is enough to turn off major buyers.

Please copy paste this whenever necessary to save money of dimers from this fraud company ! You can also check my post and previous thread related to it. This is not at all a joke. I am not spending my time writing this if it was useless or if i had any personal grundge with the company. They are Bad company (or their Voucher product is bad and support is bad) and that’s what i am saying and saving people here. If some one doesn’t belive than i don’t care just buy with them above 10k and make a thread like ‘Giftxoxo is Fraud’ and spend your precious time and Mental efforts to just critisizing like me…
