Actually it becomes worse. When it was in trial last time they would always send by India Post. All my complaints fell on deaf ears. Once that trail expired, they started sending by Bluedart & Fedex again.

No idea, but they are planning to launch Prime video shortly. Once they do that they may increase the prime membership charges to 999.
