21900 is the official price , which you will get in ALL stores, apple, croma etc. yo might get some more discount too. the website are have not updated the price yet. check apple website itself, ipad mini2 is 21900

But I posted the same price 2 months ago on Croma’s price, and later updated after a month with Amazon’s price. And there always was a 5% discount (bank specific on Croma), earlier it was ICICI, later Axis bank.
