I am getting this message while trying to place 2nd order

Guys, now the seller/Paytm has restricted the AXIS3 cashback code to only once per account. I ordered a few cards from a single account on the 24th, but just faced this problem myself. Be careful.

Update at 11:09am: As mentioned by @rajrocks below, the max number of cards you can buy in a single order is only 2. So this is a ridiculous change. Nobody can even utilize the max cashback of 1200 anymore as the max purchase would be limited to two cards of 10K each. Let’s tweet to Paytm.

Actually to avoid this today morning I placed my first order with 4 quantities each of 10k but the promocode was not getting applied saying this “promocode can be used against a quantity of maximum 2 only” so I place an order with 2 thinking I will avail the remaining cb in the 2nd order
But again when I tried to place 2nd order I was getting the message “can be used only once”

Did u get cb for the orders place more than once?

Also they have mentioned we can use the promocode against a cb of maximum 1200
it completely conflicts with “promocode can be used only once & only 2 quantities can be ordered in a single order”

how the hell can we avail 1200 cb?

tried at starting only but was getting the message code can be used a against an order with max 2 items

Yes, I have already received 3 separate cashbacks for the 3 orders that have been shipped so far.

I had to wait till today coz my sbi cc issue at paytm orelse would have availed on day one itself…

Missed it. Saw the thread before logging off at 1:00 in the night and wanted to send a channel alert but restrained myself as most people are asleep at that time. Had an early-morning meeting so missed that deal completely. And now Paytm disappoints. :/

P.S. It’s a good practice to not quote long posts. Purchased two on the 24th and was planning on buying one more today but then saw this. Anyway, Infibeam offer is still there and that gives more of a discount per order. Will buy couple more from there.

Don’t try to contact axis
Axis is worst, will waste ur time and still no resolution

GCI will resolve ur issue quickly
