And someguy received a broken iphone and seller took 30days to refund (At least we are getting refund, that’s a good sign)

I feel you can take the risk , if invoice isnt provided or there’s some issue with the device then you can talk to the seller and see if he can provide some resolution for that . If there’s no response you can raise guarantee claim anyways
Seller is genuine though (Not sure if he is a retail seller / reseller) and he will ship the item via powership
