was considering Dharmasala in Nov but after watching this thread explored option for bhutan.
local tour operators charge approx 22k INR for a 7D/6N tour – about 10 discount. so tra elling from Kolkata makes sense to book through Bhutanese agency. while if soneone travelling ex-delhi works same theough through irctc but for rest like Chennai or mumbai additional burden rather heartburn because Delhi is prone to flights cancelations and delays in nov due to fog leading to missed flight or over night hotel stay in Delhi.
